The Rushmore Hotel & Suites; BW Premier Collection

We visited during the Black Hills Rally so the hotel was super busy but very accommodating especially with parking! They had a large area roped off for the bikes but tried to accommodate all of the trailers as well. The rooms were nice and comfortable and all of the staff was super nice. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel every morning. They offered a buffet but we ordered off the menu and it came super quick. Ate in the bar one night but this hotel is conveniently located so you can walk to about any restaurant you want downtown. They had mexican, italian and more. I think we tried them all. I hope we can eat at the restaurant in the hotel next time. It was only open on the weekend due to staffing issues.

The room was nice and the beds were quite comfortable. It is right downtown in Rapid City which is very convenient. The breakfast is paid but ultimately pretty reasonably affordable and good.

The staff were friendly. We brought 3 large dogs with us, and the staff didn't mind and enjoyed them. They were helpful when we needed a pack n play crib for our baby as well. They brought it up to our room promptly.

Great room, loved the different pillow choices (soft to firm), and its central location. Very friendly staff.

We loved the whole ambiance of this hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable especially the bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant every morning for breakfast. Very courteous and helpful staff.
