We visited during the Black Hills Rally so the hotel was super busy but very accommodating especially with parking! They had a large area roped off for the bikes but tried to accommodate all of the trailers as well. The rooms were nice and comfortable and all of the staff was super nice. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel every morning. They offered a buffet but we ordered off the menu and it came super quick. Ate in the bar one night but this hotel is conveniently located so you can walk to about any restaurant you want downtown. They had mexican, italian and more. I think we tried them all. I hope we can eat at the restaurant in the hotel next time. It was only open on the weekend due to staffing issues.

Location is fantastic. Front desk was very helpful. Downtown was great - plenty of restaurants after a day of riding and sightseeing. Would stay here again.

The staff were friendly. We brought 3 large dogs with us, and the staff didn't mind and enjoyed them. They were helpful when we needed a pack n play crib for our baby as well. They brought it up to our room promptly.

Room was nicely furnished. I really liked the chair next to the bed - very comfortable for reading. I also really liked the blinds on the windows. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle.

Great room, loved the different pillow choices (soft to firm), and its central location. Very friendly staff.

Clean, nice especially for the price. Pet friendly without a crazy cleaning fee. Has a 220w outlet for EVs. Was able to use the adapter my tesla mobile charger came with. Started my day with 100% battery. Really makes a difference when you don't have to hit a charger first thing in the morning and you can just get on the road.

The hotel picked us up from the airport which was really handy. They also stored our luggage the next day while we had some time to kill in RC. The room was comfortable and big with two double beds and good value for money.

The hotel was great and located near plenty of good food choices. The hotel was clean and in a good area. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable. Easy access for our trips

Location! All of historic Downtown was in walking distance. Also loved the decor and the size of the rooms. Food at the Lounge and Enigma was excellent. Great entertainment in the Bar on Friday and Saturday. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. Shuttle to and from airport on time and professional.

Staff was helpful, rooms were clean and they cleaned them during our stay, which you don't find much anymore. We paid for breakfast one morning and it was delicious with a friendly staff!
